Check out this week's (May 24, 2020) online RKidz for an interactive Children's Church for families...

A lot of kids (and grown-ups) think of the Bible as a collection of individual stories, but it’s more than that. The Bible is actually one big story about God’s love and redemption of people. And even though the Bible is finished, God’s story continues in the lives of the believers.


This week, we’re going to be learning the BIG Bible story from beginning to end. When it’s time to begin, start your morning of worship by watching the short lesson video with your kids. It’s designed to be both fun and interactive. The video will prompt you to answer a question with your family. It’s a great way to engage spiritually with one another.


Here is a snapshot of the lesson details for this week:

  • Bible Story: God’s Story in Our Lives

  • Big Idea: God’s story of love and redemption continues today in the lives of His children.


Memory Verse: “Some people did accept him and did believe in his name. He gave them the right to become children of God.” John 1:12 (NIrV)

Lastly, I’m praying that God continues to give you strength in this challenging and sometimes frightening time. To that end, I’ll leave you with the Apostle Paul’s blessing from Ephesians 3:16: “I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being.”
