What is a Newcomers luncheon all about?
Whether you are new to Rock Harbor or have attended worship a few times, we encourage you to join us for the next Newcomers Lunch. Maybe you are curious to know more about the church, or maybe you'd like to connect further with our community of believers... This is exactly why we created the Newcomers Lunch! It’s a relaxed and informative event designed to give you a taste of who we are as a church. We invite you to come, enjoy a free meal, get to know us, and give us an opportunity to know you too.
This is your chance to see and experience what matters most to us – people. We will introduce you to all that is available for you, your children and family, what we are doing to reach our community, and how you can get connected to others in the church.
What will we be doing at the Newcomers Lunch?
We will share a meal as you hear more about the mission that God has called us to together. Our goal is to have fun, enjoy a good meal together, and get to know one another as you get a “taste” of Rock Harbor.
Is childcare provided?
Childcare is provided during this lunch so that you can have your full attention on learning and building relationships. Register your children when you register for this lunch. It is on the same form.
When is the next Newcomers Lunch?
We have these lunches quarterly. They always are immediately following the 10:30am worship gathering. Lunch will be provided around 12:00 pm! Advance reservations are needed so we can appropriately plan.
